Kevin L. Keys served over 20 years in the U.S. Army as a Ground Surveillance Systems Sergeant. He led and trained ground surveillance systems teams in Europe, Korea, the Middle East, and the United States. Additionally, he managed all aspects of ground surveillance training at the Intelligence Center of Excellence on Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
After his military service, Mr. Keys developed collective training documentation for Military Intelligence units involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and other missions. Later, he became the Critical Infrastructure Risk Management (CIRM) Analyst for the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). He was responsible for developing risk mitigation/reduction plans in collaboration with all-source intelligence analysts, counterterrorism experts, counterintelligence agents, emergency management professionals, and law enforcement agencies.
Mr. Keys is also a graduate of the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course at the Intelligence Center of Excellence at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
