Jessica Parker has over 15 years of experience with Geographic Information Systems and Analysis. In 2013-2014, Parker served as a geospatial and intelligence officer for the CIA with occasional details to the NGA as a geospatial expert. In early 2008, she assisted a local government organization in the processing of its entire 2007 crime database using geospatial techniques, which also led to the breakdown of two of the larger criminal cells in the area.
Parker currently works in the DC metropolitan area as an Independent Geospatial Analyst, analyzing geospatial data and processing/structuring big data for various clients.
Parker holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Intelligence from American Military University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Florida State University.
