Title IV

“Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security recognizes that many students would be unable to pursue their educational goals without financial assistance.  Student can explore financial aid in the form of grants, scholarships, work-study, and low-interest loan programs through federal, state and local sources.

Most people are eligible for financial aid. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (https://FAFSA@ed.gov) to find out if you qualify for Federal Financial Aid.

In order to apply for financial aid, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applicants are required to provide the name of National American University and the University’s school code (004057) on the FAFSA.

If you completed a “Renewal Notice” or have previously completed a FAFSA for the current year at a different school, you do not have to file a new FAFSA.

After submitting the FAFSA, you will receive a “Student Aid Report” (SAR) from the US Department of Education. You should review the report for accuracy.

Military Tuition Assistance

Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security is authorized to receive tuition assistance by the DoD Voluntary Education Partnership MOU.

ARMY

  • Active members of the Army may qualify for Tuition Assistance (TA) funding.
  • Visit Go Army Ed to learn about available TA funding.
  • TA requests must be completed no later than one day before the course starts.

NAVY

  • Active members of the Navy may qualify for Tuition Assistance (TA) funding.
  • Visit Navy College Program to learn about available TA funding.
  • TA requests must be completed no later than 14 days before the course starts.

AIR FORCE

  • Active members of the Air Force may qualify for Tuition Assistance (TA) funding.
  • Visit Air Force TA Portal to learn about available TA funding.
  • TA requests must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the course start.

 

MARINE CORPS

  • Active members of the Marine Corps may qualify Tuition Assistance (TA) funding.
  • Visit TA Request Portal to learn about available TA Funding.
  • TA requests must be completed and approved at least 1 day prior to the course start.

 

COAST GUARD

  • Active members of the Coast Guard may qualify for Tuition Assistance (TA) funding.
  • Visit Coast Guard TA Information to learn about available TA funding.
  • TA requests must be completed no later than 16 days prior to the course start.
