Counterintelligence Case Officer
Mr. Sokol’s first assignment as a counterintelligence special agent was working special operations and investigations out of the Seoul (Korea) Resident Office. Upon leaving Korea, he was assigned to the 902nd Military Intelligence (MI) Group, Fort Meade, MD, with duty as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAIC), 902nd MI Detachment, Fort Lewis, WA. Mr. Sokol then went on to receive a commission as a MI Officer within the U.S. Army and served in WA, AZ and FL. His last assignment while in the military was as an MI Company Commander. He then served as special agent/case officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) at U.S. Central Command for over 10 years. Currently Mr. Sokol serves as the Senior Enterprise Risk Investigator for over 800 credit unions across the country.
